Internet Explorer Version 8 blocks all secured sites like Paypal. You
may use another browser or follow the steps below to allow Paypal
with Internet Explorer 8.
You can open the Browser window, Click on Tools
Down to Internet Options
Click on the Privacy Tab and Click the Sites button
Input https://www.Paypal.com into the "Address of Website" box
Click Allow and Ok
Retry the Paypal button and it should work fine.
